1 Definitions

3 Account Management

Upon legitimate Account closure initiated by the Player, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled start time; or if a pricing error is identified prior to event commencement. Void bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time. A Player may close their Account by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification.

5j555 may terminate a Player's Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; provision of false KYC documentation; or as required by applicable law. In cases of termination for cause, 5j555 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation.

13 Governing Law
